Note: As a Shopify Partner, each site we set up allows us to collect a small percentage of the monthly fees you pay Shopify. This will not add any charges to your costs. You pay the same whether we assist you or not, but allowing us to get you started provides a way for us to offer limited support to you at no charge moving forward.

Three ways to get your store live

Simple Start $50.00

This is for the user who wants to do most of the work themselves. We'll help you stand up your own Bricks & Minifigs store on Shopify at no charge beyond the essentials. The $50 covers your domain registration for 2 years — we set up the store and hand it over with no additional fee.

This makes it basically free for us to help you get this far. No extra cost to you, and you can get limited support from us for no extra charge. 

Assisted Store Setup   $750

This offer includes the Simple Start Setup, plus the following:

  • A Shopify-friendly Theme Installed on the site
  • Assistance installing the Mortar app to sync Heartland/Global with Shopify
  • Assistance with setting up basic Shipping profiles based on order value
  • Creating Collections for up to 40 themes/types
  • Creating a dropdown menu for navigation to all collections
  • Transfer of the store to you as the new owner
  • Verification that all items setup are in working condition. 

Client responsibilities: After turning over the site, you will setup a payment method, choose a Shopify Plan (recommended $39/month or prepay $348 a year for $29/month), turn on Shop Pay to allow credit cards, connect to your PayPal account if desired, and complete the page design and other features. Mortar Grow Account ($1200/year, $100/month billed annually) is required to get full sync of photos, changes, prices, and more. 

Full Store Setup   $2000.00

This offer provides help from start to going live. Includes everything in Assisted Store Setup plus the following:

  • Front page design to closely match your home page on bricksandminifigs.com/storename
  • Integration of menu items to provide traffic back and forth between your BAM Site and your Shopify site for all information to show on all pages
  • Assistance with setting up the Mortar App to provide correct sync settings between HL/Global and Shopify
  • Training via Google Meet with one or two staff members to show them how to operate the system
  • Instructions on managing the system on a day to day basis
  • Setup of Carpelligo as a Collaborator on the site to assist with updates and changes as needed
  • Assistance setting up Shipping Zones for US and Canada 
  • Customized features designed specifically for BAM Stores
    • Product pages will show additional descriptions on each product specific to the details of the product (New in box, Retired, Certified, Built, Project, etc.)
    • Notice on checkout of amount needed to get Free Shipping if offered, etc.
  • Customization of home page with Store specific photos, and other information.

This feature can be completed in as little as two weeks, depending on your editing of products in the POS to prepare them for moving to Shopify. 

Payment $1000 with order, $1000 upon acceptance and live store. 

Additional or partial services can be added to any of these offerings. We want to assist you in the way you need. We are flexible and will do as much or as little as you require. Additional fees may apply.
